I’m into my third trimester of our twin boys pregnancy and feeling great! With double everything going on my cravings were needless to say out of control; and Juliana has been amazing at coming up with healthier alternatives to satisfy me and keep my energy levels up! My doctor is happy with my progressive yet managed weight gain and so far so good! Also have managed to keep sugar and blood pressure down, and no swelling thus far! While I’m certainly not depriving myself; I feel so comfortable asking Juliana her thoughts and suggestions on what and how much to satisfy me and these two miracles growing inside of me!
